Do It 1-2-1
1-2-1 Coaching Sessions
Each session is designed specifically for you. As no two runners are the same, this means no two sessions are the same.
After a free consultation (phone, whatsapp, or email) where we discuss your goals, current routine, and ability, our first session will be used to analyse the technical aspects of your running. I will then provide an overview of areas of improvement over email.
If you feel comfortable improving on your own from there then that’s great, some runners feel this analysis gives them the boost they need.
Alternatively we can work on these improvement points together in future sessions to ensure you’re heading in the right direction.
Initial Consultation: Free (of cost and obligation)
Single Session: From £39 each

Online Coaching Service
Looking to get assistance and a tailored running plan in an affordable way that suits your schedule? Online coaching could be for you!
As with the 1-2-1 coaching - I provide a free consultation over a means of communication best for you. If you decide to move forwards with online coaching, then that’s where the fun starts.
The monthly subscription fee gives you a fortnightly running plan sent directly to you, personalised in order to match your running goals.
We will also have a fortnightly catch up over the phone/skype/whatsapp/emails where we can discuss your performance, what’s working, what you enjoy, and any issues or barriers you are facing.
Rolling contract: From £45 per month
(No minimum length, cancel any time)

Personalised Training Plans
Lone wolf? It doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from the help of a running coach with my personalised training plans.
If you’ve signed up for a race and not quite sure how best to go about going the distance, or if you’re looking to break a time-based goal I’ll provide you with a 12 or 16 week training plan to get you to your goal.
Not before our free initial consultation of course! To create a plan that works, input is required from both of us, and will help determine what the priorities of the training plan should be.
From 5km to Ultra-marathon I’m well versed in the big differences and subtle nuances of the different distances, and this knowledge will help provide you with the training plan you need.
